I met with Sam to sell my home I did a bit of research on him before and stumbled on his tik tok he understands today's world and capitalizes on the reach of all the social media sites to push your home beyond the zillows, trulias and realtor apps. The process of selling was painless and they were attentive to all of my needs. In fact I was out of town and wasn't due back for another week and all my lights were left on by other realtors who were showing my house Sam went over and shut all the lights off and locked up. So they really went above and beyond at times. Elizabeth is always an email away and she's super responsive. I emailed Elizabeth several times and every time she got me the information I needed almost immediately. Elizabeth and Sam are a great team. There's a reason why he has such high reviews it's just who he is. Anybody who is passionate about something like he is about slinging houses that's the person you want representing you. If I could describe Sam Cooper in three words, it would be smart, caring, and loyal.
It started nearly 9 years ago when we asked Sam for advice in selling our first home. We ended up selling through another realtor, but we always appreciated his input and his warm-heartedness stuck with us.
Then we were looking into selling our current home a little over a year ago, and he again gave us some great advice. We ended up having a change of heart and decided to stay in our home a little longer.
This year we finally made the decision to sell our home and build a new one that was a great fit for our family.
