I met with Sam to sell my home I did a bit of research on him before and stumbled on his tik tok he understands today's world and capitalizes on the reach of all the social media sites to push your home beyond the zillows, trulias and realtor apps.
The process of selling was painless and they were attentive to all of my needs. In fact I was out of town and wasn't due back for another week and all my lights were left on by other realtors who were showing my house Sam went over and shut all the lights off and locked up. So they really went above and beyond at times. Elizabeth is always an email away and she's super responsive. I emailed Elizabeth several times and every time she got me the information I needed almost immediately. Elizabeth and Sam are a great team. There's a reason why he has such high reviews it's just who he is. Anybody who is passionate about something like he is about slinging houses that's the person you want representing you. Professional, personable and really easy to work with. From the very beginning, Sam treated us like we were his #1 client! He explained the process really well, helped us along the way and never steered us wrong. He sold our home in less than 24 hours for over asking price! I believe he priced our home just right and we couldn't be more pleased with how the process went. I would recommend him to anyone and we will certainly be using him again when the time comes!
